Red Puentes is a dedicated network comprised of 52 non-governmental organizations located within 8 countries of Latin America. Created in 2002, Red Puentes has developed and executed multiple initiatives in order to create a culture of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), a culture that respects the vision and rights of our civil society members and thus promotes inter-generational equity for all Latin American citizens.

In Chile, Red Puentes is comprised of 9 non governmental organizations dedicated to improving Chile’s social and cultural capital, two elements essential to maintaining and forging a strong democracy. Our network brings together a wealth of demonstrated experience within inter-related thematic areas, such as economic development and research; environmental citizenship; gender equality; labor law; micro-businesses; and sustainable consumption. Our network diligently attempts to create a viable harmony between a corporation’s economic efficiency model (profit motivation) and respect for human rights, social well being and environmental protection.
